Position Management

Modifying Positions

To adjust your position:

1. Click the "MANAGE" button next to your position

2. You'll be redirected to the position creator where you can:

   • Add to your existing position

     • Partially close your position

     • Fully close your position

Important: Leverage cannot be modified on existing positions.

When updating your position:

1. Review the changes in the details and overview sections

2. Click "Update Position"

3. Approve the Hyperliquid agent

4. For Arbitrum spot assets: Additional DEX swap approval required

Important Considerations

⚠️ Manual Position Alterations

Manual modifications outside Perpflow can compromise your strategy:

• Changing spot or perpetual positions independently breaks delta neutrality

• Platform cannot track changes made outside Perpflow

• If positions are manually altered:

  1. Close both perpetual and spot positions manually

  2. Remove the position from the dashboard

  3. Create a new position through Perpflow if desired

Automated Warnings

The platform monitors position integrity and will alert you if:

• Manual alterations are detected

• Delta neutrality is compromised

• Action is required to maintain strategy effectiveness
